Everyone should have an estate plan–whether your estate is large or small.  Either way, you should have a plan in place to protect you and your loved ones when you cannot protect yourself and them.

I offer a range of estate planning advice for established individuals and families as well as younger clients. I work closely with clients and their financial advisors and accountants to develop a customized, practical estate plan.

I use my extensive litigation experience to identify potential issues and create a strategy for reducing the risk of litigation as I counsel and advise individuals and families in their estate planning.

While most people do not feel particularly excited about establishing an estate plan, once it is complete they typically feel reassured knowing they have a plan in place.
