Nearly twenty years ago, I began practicing law in the trial department of Duane Morris LLP, an AmLaw 100 law firm.  During my eleven years at Duane Morris LLP, I was fortunate to work along side many top attorneys on sophisticated and complex commercial litigation matters.  While at Duane Morris LLP, I found and began to hone my passion for representing individuals in estate planning, administration, and litigation, which I have done for the past decade.

In my practice today, I represent beneficiaries, trustees, and personal representatives in trust and estate administrations and litigated matters.  I represent clients in will and trust contests, complicated estate accounting disputes, disputes requiring extensive forensic accounting to identify misappropriated assets, disputes regarding how a fiduciary has managed an estate (breach of fiduciary duty claims), contested conservatorship proceedings, and elder financial abuse matters.  I have also continued to represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract actions, real estate disputes, fraud claims, partnership disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.

My extensive litigation experience allows me to identify potential issues and create a strategy for avoiding litigation as I counsel and advise individuals in their estate planning.  In developing clients’ estate plans, I strive to create plans that will be effective in carrying out clients’ wishes.  I then help clients implement their plans to ensure that their plans work when the time comes.  It is deeply satisfying to know that I am helping to protect clients and their loved ones.
